All travel trailer rentals must provide us with proof of insurance coverage and a form from agent before units can leave.
Deposits of 50% are required when booking online via credit card, we charge remaining rental balance 7 days prior to reservation date with payment method on file.
A $500 security deposit is required for each rental. This covers the cost in the event there are damaged or missing items inside or outside of the unit during your reservation, you will be reasonable for any additional costs over deposit amount and your card will be charged. The security deposit can used to pay additional costs owed to Minnesota Recreational Rentals.
Security deposit is due the day of reservation date before unit leaves and the entire rental balance is due in full 7 days prior to the day of reservation.
We require a 4 day 3 night minimum rental Friday - Sunday nights ( no pick up or drop offs on Saturday or Sunday) A 2 night minimum is required on weekdays.
Check in Policy
Check in/ pickup is between 1-5 pm Monday - Friday
It is the renters responsibility to call and setup a scheduled pick up time on the reservation date Jesse 218-398-1563 if you cannot connect with Jesse call 612-227-5526 Jeremy delivery time spots are first call first serve basis.
Cancellation of a reservation must be in writing (Not a text message ) You must cancel 30 days prior to reservation date to get a full refund of deposit. Under 30 days there is a $275 cancellation fee, If you cancel within 14 days days of reservation date there is no refunds and you forfeit the entire deposit, reschedules need to be made before the 14 days to avoid loss of deposit.
Check out & drop off policy
All units must be returned before 11 am on the final day. No exceptions with out previous arrangements or you will be charged and addition $45 per hour until arrival.
There is absolutely no smoking in any of the units, any smell or smoking evidence will result in automatic loss of security deposit, all cost for cleaning and repair will be charged in addition to deposit forfeiture.
We understand that every one wants to bring there family pets, however this is only done on prior approval only and a $100 non refundable fee is required, in addition any damage or cleaning of hair, fluid's, stools etc will come out of security deposit.
We do not provide compensation for addition items that malfunction or quit working , these are convince items.
Generator, awning, radio, TV, microwave, jacks, DVD players, coffee makers, AC unit, etc
Trailer supply policy
All trailers include water tanks filled, 30lb LP tank full, battery’s charged.
We do not resupply or bring out water or propane. It is the customers responsible to resupply for there trip as they need.
All units must be returned clean and with out damage when returned or you will be charged accordingly . We expect to find it in similar condition as when you picked it up both inside and out. Any trash left Behind will result in addition charges.
We inspect the rental units and contents during the orientation before you take rental units.
Once you take possession any and all damages or losses to rental unit/trailer and its contents are 100% the renters responsibility weather you are at fault or not this includes natural phenomenon, wind, hail, storms ,fires, etc
The renter will be responsible to pay for all damages and deductibles.
In the case of an accidents you must at once.
